The enterprise service from checkdenwagen.de is a contractual framework arrangement for buyers with high, structured inspection volumes. The target group is importers, auction participants, platform operators and other commercial buyers for whom single-order logic does not make operational sense. At the heart of the arrangement is a dedicated contact person who coordinates your orders, sets priorities and feeds your feedback directly into the inspection process. Reports are standardized and structured — on request in your branding or in a format that fits into your internal documentation. Terms — price per unit, handling, payment modalities — are agreed individually and set out in the framework agreement. Our foundation is our nationwide inspector network: local inspectors who work at the vehicle's location, without you having to send your own staff.
Enterprise Used-Car Inspection: Framework Agreement · Individual Terms
You regularly buy larger volumes of vehicles — as an importer, an auction participant or a platform operator. Ad-hoc, one-off orders do not fit your process. We offer you a framework agreement with a dedicated contact person, standardized reports and a handling process that fits into your purchasing structure.
A dedicated contact person instead of a ticketing system
With enterprise agreements you receive a dedicated contact person on our side — one individual who knows your structure, your vehicle segments and your priorities. This means: orders are not handled in a general queue, but are prioritized and coordinated with knowledge of your overall volume. If an appointment with the seller cannot be arranged, your contact person informs you directly — not via an automated notification. For buyers handling several vehicles per week, this is the decisive operational difference: you have a reliable channel through which coordination runs quickly and without extra effort. Account management also includes the quarterly analysis of your orders — volume, patterns in findings, regional distribution — so that you can develop your purchasing process on the basis of data.
Standardized reporting: structure that fits your process
The standard report from checkdenwagen.de is already structured: a list of findings, photos, measured values, OBD diagnostics, a cost estimate. For enterprise clients we adapt structure and format to your requirements. That can mean: reports in a template that matches your internal purchasing or documentation system. Reports with your company header and without checkdenwagen branding, if you need that for your resale process. Fields you don't need are hidden — fields you additionally require are added, as far as technically feasible. Important: white-label documentation means the outer form is adapted — the inspection content remains the same independent finding. We do not issue reports we cannot stand behind. Reports are transmitted digitally within 24 hours of the on-site appointment. Format by arrangement: PDF, a structured data format, or both.
Framework agreement: terms that create planning certainty
The framework agreement sets out the key parameters of your partnership with us: price per inspection unit by volume tier, payment modalities (individual invoice or consolidated billing), a minimum order commitment if agreed, contract term and notice periods. We do not use standardized contract templates — every enterprise agreement is shaped in conversation, because your volume, your vehicle segment and your geographic concentration determine the sensible structure. A quarterly volume as a planning figure makes sense for both sides: you get price certainty, and we can hold inspector capacity accordingly. New clients usually start with a trial phase without a volume commitment — so that you can assess the quality of the reports and the handling before committing contractually.
Importers and auction participants: inspection at the German vehicle location
For international buyers and importers, inspection at the German location is especially relevant: you buy a vehicle before you see it — or your representative on the ground has no automotive expertise. Our inspector assesses the vehicle in full at the seller's location, before the transport order is triggered. The report documents the condition of the vehicle at the point of handover to logistics — relevant for transport insurance, customs declaration and claims handling in the destination country. For auction participants who bid on vehicles without a physical advance viewing, an inspection after the winning bid and before payment is the sensible safeguard. In this case we coordinate directly with the auction house or the previous owner. Details on cross-border B2B handling — including optional cooperation with logistics partners for transport and registration — can be found on our separate page for international B2B service.
Interfaces and system integration: open to discussion on request
Platform operators and larger purchasing organizations occasionally ask about programmatic order submission or report retrieval. Such an interface is in preparation with us — we are happy to discuss requirements and priorities on request, but we make no commitments on timing. Until then, handling by email, form or direct contact with your contact person is the reliable standard route. If you have specific requirements for an integration, get in touch: the clearer your use case, the better we can assess what is sensible and feasible.

How an enterprise partnership works
Initial conversation and needs assessment
You tell us about your volume, your vehicle segments and your requirements for reporting and handling. We clarify what we can deliver — and where we need to develop structure together.
Framework agreement and contact-person assignment
We set out terms, report format and handling modalities contractually. You receive a dedicated contact person on our side who coordinates your orders from then on.
Order intake and inspector coordination
You submit vehicles by email, form or directly to your contact person. We assign an inspector from our nationwide network and coordinate the appointment with the seller.
On-site check (approx. 1.5 to 2 hours)
The inspector assesses the vehicle in full — bodywork, interior, engine bay, suspension, paint-layer thickness, OBD diagnostics. No staff of your own required.
Report within 24 hours and quarterly analysis
You receive the report in your agreed format within 24 hours. Each quarter you receive an analysis of your orders — volume, patterns in findings, regional distribution.
Frequently asked questions about the enterprise service
Framework agreements set the price per inspection unit, payment terms, report format, contract term and — if agreed — a minimum order quantity. There is no standard template: every agreement is shaped in conversation, because volume, vehicle segment and operational requirements differ from client to client. New enterprise clients typically start with a trial phase without any volume commitment before a longer-term agreement is concluded.
