checkdenwagen.de is a Germany-wide provider of independent used-car assessments, based in Berlin. For commercial clients — dealers, fleet operators, leasing companies, auctioneers and importers — we offer a complete B2B service package: online listing checks as a preliminary stage, on-site checks directly at the seller (not at an inspection centre), repair-cost estimates as a basis for negotiation, and standardised digital reporting that can be embedded into your internal processes. Inspections are carried out by a nationwide network of experienced vehicle inspectors and appraisers; volume orders are coordinated with no extra effort for your purchasing team. For internationally operating buyers — for example dealers from other EU countries sourcing vehicles in Germany — we complement the check on request with a cross-border service covering logistics and registration in cooperation with a specialised partner. Framework contracts are possible from a defined minimum frequency and set out terms, reporting format and contact persons on a binding basis.

Whether it's fleet purchasing, dealer buying or international sourcing: we inspect vehicles on-site at the seller — nationwide, with a standardised report and individual terms from a minimum frequency. No inspection-centre hassle, no scheduling effort on your side.

On-site at the seller — not at an inspection centre
Our inspector travels to the vehicle, not the other way round. That requires no transporter, no intermediate depot and no waiting on your side. For commercial buyers who need vehicles assessed at different locations nationwide, this is the decisive logistical advantage.
Volume terms from a minimum frequency
From an agreed minimum number of orders per month or quarter, terms are negotiated individually — either as a framework contract or as a volume agreement. Single-order price lists are transparent; volume tiers are set out in writing on request and after a short initial conversation.
Repair-cost report as a basis for negotiation
Alongside the condition report, we prepare a repair-cost estimate for identified defects on request — based on current workshop guide prices. This document gives your purchasing team a solid basis for price negotiations with the seller.
Dedicated contact from framework contract onwards
Commercial clients with a framework contract receive a dedicated contact for order coordination, queries and report delivery. No ticketing system, no rotating first-level support — one direct channel for all orders.
Cross-border service for international buyers
For business clients from other EU countries who want vehicles inspected in Germany and then transferred to their home country, we coordinate the entire process on request in cooperation with a specialised logistics partner — from the check through to collection.
Standardised reporting
All reports follow a consistent format with defined inspection points, photo documentation, OBD diagnostic results and an overall assessment. This makes internal processing, archiving and comparing several vehicles from a single buying process easier.
How the business-client service works
Submit your enquiry
You send us the vehicle data, the vehicle's location and your commercial requirement — single order, volume enquiry or framework-contract discussion. Online, by email or by phone via our commercial hotline.
Individual quote
We confirm receipt of your enquiry and prepare a written quote promptly. For volume or framework-contract enquiries, a short conversation follows to clarify your needs — frequency, reporting format, contact persons.
Inspector assignment & scheduling
We assign an inspector from our nationwide network to the job and coordinate the appointment with the seller — without your direct involvement if you prefer. You receive an appointment confirmation.
On-site check at the seller (approx. 1.5 to 2 hours)
Our inspector checks the vehicle directly at the seller: bodywork, mechanics, interior, paint-thickness measurement, OBD fault-memory readout and a test drive. You or your staff don't need to be present.
Digital report within 24 hours
Once the check is complete, you receive the standardised digital report — with photo documentation, an assessment of all inspection points, a defect list and, on request, a repair-cost estimate. Delivered by email and, if you wish, as a PDF attachment for your inventory-management system.
Volume logic at a glance
| Volume | Terms | Service level |
|---|---|---|
| Single order / occasional client | Fixed price from €289 / €339 incl. VAT & travel | Standard handling, no dedicated contact |
| From a minimum frequency per month | Individual volume terms on request | Standard handling, prioritised order intake |
| Higher frequency / quarterly volume | Framework contract possible, terms agreed in writing | Prioritised handling + dedicated contact |
| High volume per quarter | Individual terms + account manager | Agreed SLAs, tailored reporting format, direct coordination |
Specialised in international buyers
For commercial buyers from other EU countries who source and inspect vehicles in Germany, the on-site check is the logical first step — regardless of where the vehicle is later registered. On request, in cooperation with a partner specialised in vehicle logistics, we coordinate the entire process after the check: collection, registration support and transport to other EU countries. Report communication in English and Spanish is in preparation; for now, correspondence is conducted in German or English as agreed.
