We are happy to advise you on booking a used-car inspection, discuss the right package for your vehicle, or help you check whether your target car qualifies. If your question is time-sensitive — for example, the seller has set a deadline — a quick call is the fastest route to a decision.
We usually reply within one working day. For inspection bookings that need to happen within the next 24 to 48 hours, please include the vehicle location (postcode or city), the inspection type you want (Standard or Premium), and a convenient time window for the seller. That way we can confirm the booking without a back-and-forth.

We are based in Berlin and cover all of Germany. Our inspectors are regionally based, so bookings in Hamburg, Cologne, Munich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and dozens of other cities are handled from your nearest local inspector.

What to have ready before you contact us
To help us respond quickly, it is useful to have the following information at hand: the vehicle make, model and year; the seller's location (postcode); the listing URL if applicable; and your preferred inspection date. You do not need to have all of this — even a rough brief is enough to get started.
